Lakeview Roscoe Village Master Plan

On September 7th, 2023 The Lakeview Roscoe Village Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with SSA 27 and Friends of Lakeview, unveiled the 2023 Master Plan, 旨在打造更具活力和韧性的社区的变革路线图, which will unfold over the next 7-10 years. 这一富有远见的倡议是湖景村和罗斯科村社区共同努力和奉献的结果. Lakeview Area Master Plan (2011)

Unveiled in 2011, 湖景地区总体规划(LAMP)重新设想了历史悠久的林肯大道地区, the Southport Corridor, and Belmont Avenue. Using professional expertise, community involvement and outreach, and economic analysis, LAMP sought to define the Lakeview neighborhood, investigate growing new business, retain existing tenants, identify opportunities for growth, create a cohesive streetscape, and improve the quality of life for Lakeview residents.

Strategic Blueprint (2018)

Neighborhood Promotion
