Originally founded in 1951 as the Lincoln Belmont Ashland Business Association, our organization is a leader in supporting businesses with valuable resources, programming and services that advance the success of our business community. 我们利用私人资金, 政府资源和计划, and support from more than 400 members to help our local business community thrive.

This Strategic Blueprint was a tool created in 2018 to guide the work of the Lakeview Chamber of Commerce, 特别服务区27 (SSA 27), 和湖景之友, developed jointly by their board members based on research, 社区调查, 以及与利益相关者的访谈. It was intended to help point our collective efforts in a direction that would most effectively move the needle toward realizing our shared vision for our community. It provided a framework for developing annual work plans and for measuring our success, while also serving as a tool to communicate how we approach our work to people both internally and externally.

We market our neighborhoods as a desirable destination for consumers and investors, host memorable community events that connect consumers to our retail districts, and also assist individual businesses with promoting themselves.
